One complete message is better than several vague enquiries
Include the arrival and departure dates, pickup point, overnight route, number of adults and children, luggage and the services you want priced. Mention what is already booked so the reply does not assume control of arrangements you have made elsewhere.
Ask for one written summary
Before payment, request a single message or document containing the route, inclusions, exclusions, vehicle or category, price, currency, payment schedule, cancellation terms and contact procedure.
Keep urgent matters separate
A website enquiry is not an emergency channel. If travel is already underway, use the confirmed operational contact supplied with the booking and contact the relevant airport, hotel or authority when the issue belongs to them.
